Jeff Coyne
Marketing Director, Jeff Coyne has over 20 years of IT experience including eleven years of technical management experience at Wachovia Corporation.
Jeff has experience managing support, project, and program managers engaged on complex and aggressive technology and business projects including, enterprise application development (for Branch Banking, Email, and Document Imaging), vendor package implementation (SAS, Mobius, Unitech), process re-engineering, and conversion projects.
Jeff has an exceptional ability to identify and resolve technical problems, while balancing limited resources and anticipating a project’s tactical and strategic needs. He has experience in relationship building and communication management demonstrated by successfully working, in a leadership and/or advisory capacity, with IT and business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. As Business Manager for IT Vendor Management Jeff delivered p rocurement and effective cost management developing, negotiating, and closing of 20 enterprise software deals that achieved $30 million dollars annually in cost avoidances and $5 million of direct savings. Jeff gained extensive experience negotiating deals with large and small/emerging vendors and IT services companies.
Jeff was employed as Senior Operations Analyst for a cosmetics corporation in New York, NY, for 6 years where he was responsible for a staff of 6 people supporting the Marketing Information System. Jeff also worked for 2 years as an operations manager supervising 15 people for a hotel services company located in New York, NY.
Jeff is a native of New York and completed his BSBA degree at Appalachian State University in
Boone, NC, with Majors in Information Systems and Management and a Minor in International Business from
Ecole Superiure Economiques et Sciences – Paris, France.
